A Grade II* listed building with a rich and unique history
The Old War Office was constructed in 1906 and was once inhabited by Britain’s most famous statesmen and spies, from Winston Churchill to Ian Fleming. After a significant transformation, it reopens this Winter as ‘The OWO’ with a flagship Raffles hotel, 85 branded residences and 11 restaurants and bars. Specified by architects EPR for their superior quality, performance and aesthetics, Enigma, Una and Quadra+ products will be used throughout the 760,000 sq ft.
